Mr. O'Leary has handled negligence defense, employment law and ERISA litigation in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Since becoming affiliated with Fitzhugh & Mariani LLP, Mr. O’Leary has tried several major cases, including a ten-day trial in Federal Court where he represented Massport and obtained a defendant's verdict. Before becoming affiliated with Fitzhugh & Mariani LLP, Mr. O’Leary was an associate with Ekberg & Associates.
