In order to more closely align our objectives with those of our clients, Fitzhugh & Mariani uses a proprietary information management system that allows us to maintain a firm grasp on matter activity. At our firm all timekeepers enter time directly into the system on a daily basis. Likewise, partners review activity daily on matters they are managing, making cost/benefit assessments to ensure that fees are never excessive.
