Attorney Mariani has handled complex products liability, premises liability, tort, environmental, commercial, wage and hour, and employment discrimination litigation in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey and Delaware for a number of national and multi-national corporations. Attorney Mariani has tried wrongful death, serious personal injury, wage and hour, and commercial cases to verdict before both judges and juries. She has argued successfully before the single justice of the Appeals Court, and recently argued a case of first impression to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Attorney Mariani has obtained summary judgment for employers in wage and hour litigation, and in all forms of discrimination claims. Additionally, she has successfully opposed class certification in medical products and wage and hour litigation. Active in numerous committees of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Attorney Mariani was named a Super Lawyers’ Massachusetts Rising Star in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
